Ingredients
- Sesame oil
- Two Salmon Fillets
- Broccoli
- Thai red curry paste
- Rice
- Kewpie Mayo
- Chilli
- Spring onion
Method
- Cook rice and lay out to cool and dry
- Blanche broccoli which has been cut up into small pieces
- Heat oil in wok
- Stir in drained broccoli and salmon fillets
- Add red curry paste and toss in rice and spring onion
- Garnish with fresh chilli and mayo
