Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayonnaise as desired (lots)
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 3 x pieces of Nori sheets (seaweed)
- 2 tablespoons sushi seasoning
- 4 squares of Kiri Cream Cheese cubes
- 1 soy & flaxseed schnitzel
- Sliced cucumber
- Soy sauce
- Bamboo sushi rolling mat
- Love heart dipping bowl
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet - 1 cup rice (rinsed): 1 cup water
- Add sushi rice to a metal bowl, mix in sushi seasoning in the rice & place in fridge to cool
- Whilst rice is cooling, prepare rest of the ingredients
- Place the frozen Soy & Flaxseed Schnitzel into the Air Fryer, 200°C for 16 minutes
- Slice cucumbers into strips and put aside
- Cut Cream Cheese squares in half, and half again, both lengthways
- Place the nori sheet on top of the bamboo rolling mat
- Spread cooled seasoned sushi rice onto the nori sheet
- Place the cucumber, cream cheese pieces & sliced Soy & Flaxseed Schnitzel on top of the sushi rice, line it up, parallel to the top side of the nori
- Squirt as much Kewpie Mayonnaise (the more the better) on top of all of the toppings & the sushi rice
- Roll sushi up & slice into preferred size
- Place desired amount of soy sauce into the love heart dipping bowl and place in the centre of your serving plate
- Place the sliced sushi pieces, in a presentive way
- Take a photo to make everyone jealous
- Eat it all!!! You deserve it!
- Use the unused ingredients to make the rest of the 2 sushi rolls for yourself, too good to share!
- Get someone else to clean up & enjoy your food coma!!!
