Ingredients
- 3 potato spuds
- 200ml cooking oil
- 400g panko crumbs
- 1 cheese block
- 400g tapioca flour
- 400g all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 400g chicken breast
- 1 packet soto ayam seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100ml Obento teriyaki marinade
- 2tbsp ABC Hot Sauce
Method
- A. Potato Cheese Balls RecipeA1. Boil potatoes in a pot of water until soft or mashed texture
- A2. Mix egg with 200g tapioca flour for the liquid flour mixture
- A3. Prepare the bread crumbs in a separate bowl for the crispy coating
- A4. Once the potato is soft, mash it evenly in a bowl
- A5. Mix the mashed potato with 200g tapioca flour, 200g all purpose flour, and put all seasonings, mix evenly.
- A6. Mold the potato mixture into and put small cut cheese blocks inside the potato mixture until covered evenly, eventually creating a ball shape
- A7. Dip the potato and cheese ball into the egg and flour mixture, coating it evenly
- A8. Coat the potato and cheese ball into the panko crumbs
- A9. Fry the crumbed potatoes in oil until golden brown
- B. Soto Ayam Suwir RecipeB1. Boil chicken in a pot of water (600ml) until cooked evenly
- B2. Pour the Soto seasoning into the pot, and stir frequently until mixed together
- B3. Tear the chicken evenly on a cutting board
- B4. Serve the Soto soup alongside rice and the chicken
- Add ABC Hot Sauce on a small plate
- Ready to serve!
