Ingredients
- 6 Chicken legs
- 1 cup Corn flour/potato starch
- Tsp Chinese 5 spice
- Tsp flake salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- ABC sweet soy for basting
- 1/4cup oil for frying
Method
- Combine Chinese 5 spice, salt, pepper and corn flor in a bowl
- Dust chicken legs in flour mixture
- Heat oil and fry legs
- Pre heat oven to 200c
- Place legs on oven tray and brush with ABC sweet soy
- Bake for 10mins, basting with ABC sweet soy at 5 min
- serve on plate and spoon over pan juices
