Ingredients
- 100g or 1 pack of sweet potato noodle
- 250g beef, cut thin long strips
- 100g mushroom cup
- 1 dried shiitake mushroom, soaked in warm water, cut strips
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seed
- 1 slice spring onion, chooped
- 1 egg
- 120g spinach, washed and drain
- 1 mini red bell pepper, cut strips
- 1 mini yellow bell paper, cut strips
- 1 carrot, cut julienne
- Salt pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Marinated beef and mushroom with garlic, salt pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil. Put aside
- Whisk the egg in small bowl while heatinh the pan. Put some oil and then pour the egg into the pan for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Let it cool and cut long strips
- Blanch the spincah with warm water then set aside
- Soaked the noodle with boiling water until soft and ready to be used, season with soy sauce, sesame oil then put aside
- Heat the pan, add oil, sautee the onion, bell pepper, carrot and spring onion, put aside
- Heat the pan, cooked the marinated beef and mushroom from step 1
- Put all the ingredients from step 3 until 6 that we prepared into 1 bowl, mix everything and put the egg garnish and sesame seed on top
