Ingredients
- 250g sweet potato noodle
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Carrot capsicum spring onion
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

- OBAP - SWEET POTATO NOODLES
Method
- Cook sweet potato noodles according to packet, drain amd rinse under cold water
- Mix sauce ingredients into a bowl
- Chop vegetable
- Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to eat
