Ingredients
- 450g raw chicken breast
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- 4 baby carrots
- 2 brown onions
- 2 potatos
- S&B mild curry mix
- 1 1/2 cup ric
Method
- Dice all vegetables and add to pot with olive oil
- Dice chicken and add to pot with 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
- Cook rice in separate pot
- Break curry mix into pieces and add to first pot. Stir until all melted. simmer for 5 minutes
- Combine rice with curry mix and serve!
