
Ingredients
- Chicken breast Onions Carrots Potato’s Rice Japanese Golden Curry Mix (Mild)
- 150g raw chicken breast 50g carrots 50g potato’s 35g onion 40g white rice 150ml water
Method
- Cook rice as per packaging. In large pot, saute onions and chicken over medium heat until the onions are translucent and chicken is browned
- Dice vegetables and add to pot. Saute for a few minutes.
- Pour water and bring mixture to boil
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for a further 20 minutes
- Remove from heat and add curry paste, mix well until paste is dissolved and curry is thickened
- Serve curry over rice and enjoy
