Ingredients
- Carrot 150gs
- Chicken breast 500gs
- Onion 300gs
- Sweet potato 150gs
- Olive oil 1tbs
- Water 550mls
- Golden curry Japanese curry mild 1 box
Method
- Stirfry meat and vegetables with oil over medium heat app 5mins
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, app 15mins
- Turn off heat and break curry into pieces and add to pot. Stir until curry mix is melted app 5mins
