Ingredients
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup potatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- In a pot, sautée onion followed by carrots and potatoes
- Put 1 and half cup of water and bring to boil for about 3 minutes
- Add diced chicken breast and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Add 1 serving of curry mix, simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve with hot rice.
