Ingredients
- 3 Chopped carrots, potatoes and 1 onion
- 1 box of S&B golden curry
- 500 g of Chicken
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- 500 mL of water
Method
- Stir-fry the chicken and the vegetables with the cooking oil in the pan that you’ll use for the curry, for approximately 5 min
- Add water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and wait until the ingredients are tender
- Turn the heat of, break the S&B golden curry and add it to the skillet. Wait for the tablet to dissolve and stir until it’s everything mixed.
- Serve it hot with noodles or Japanese rice
