Ingredients
- 400 g chicken thighs
- 1 spoon avocado oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 3 small potatoes
- 200g mushrooms
Method
- Fry half the onion and chicken with avocado oil
- Add boiling water plus potatoes and carrots to the pot
- After 10 minutes add the mushrooms and rest of the onion and let it cook for another 10 minutes
- Turn off the heat and add the Japanese curry mixture ,stir until it’s properly mixed and it’s ready to eat
