
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 pack of Japanese curry mix
- Diced Carrots and potatoes , onions
- Oil for cooking and salt and pepper
Method
- Pound the chicken breast Prepare the breading in a separate bowl ( flour, eggs, breadcrumbs).First dip the chicken into the flour then eggs and lastly breadcrumbs then set aside.
- Chop the carrots and potatoes
- In a medium frying pan fry the chicken into a batches then set aside.Meanwhile sauté the onions , add carrots and potatoes then put a cup of water cover it .When boiling add the Japanese curry mix until dissolved. When the vegetables are softened add sauce thickened turn off the heat.
- On a plate sliced the chicken and pour in the curry sauce serve with rice. Enjoy 😊
