- Beef stock

Method
- Peel carrots and potatoes
- Cook beef in oil
- Add beef stock to beef
- Cut up vegetables
- Add vegetables to pot
- Let simmer for 15-20 mins
- Add curry block and stir till thick
- Serve with rice
- Add pickled radish on top
