Ingredients
- 500g Chicken thighs
- Tbsp butter
- 300g potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- Salt & pepper
- S&B golden curry
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups water
Method
- Dice and cook chicken and veggies for 5 minutes
- Add 2 cups water and simmer for 15 minutes
- Add s&b golden curry and stir in well
- Serve with rice
