Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 cubes of S&B golden curry
- 100g of shaved beef
- 1 whole onion
- 1 whole carrot
- 1 whole potato
- 1 table spoon of bullion powder
- olive oil
Method
- in a small pan heat 1 tbsp of oil then fry finely copped garlic and sliced onion
- cook for 2 minutes then add 100g of shaved beef and stir
- once the beef has changed to a grey colour fill the pot to 1 inch of water and add 1 cube of golden curry
- peel and chop carrot and potato into triangles and then add to pot
- add a further 1 and half cups of water and the remaining curry blocks and stir.
- simmer for a further 10 - 5 minutes until the carrots and potato's are cooked then serve over steamed rice
