Ingredients
- 8 pcs Carrots
- 1 pack of mini potatoes
- 3 big white onions
- 1 kilo of chicken wings
- Sesame oil
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp of Mixed spice
Method
- Prep your ingredients. Sliced up your carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces
- Sliced up your onions into small pieces
- Set aside the sliced ingredients. Put the 1 kilo of chicken into a bowl, then put the sesame oil, pepper, mixed spice then combine.
- In the stove, put your pot heat it up, once heated, put the sliced of butter then together with the cut onions, sautee it for a few minutes until golden brown
- Put the marinated chicken after and half cook it. Put the remaining ingredients (carrots and potatoes) then mixed.
- Pour water as you see fit, but I put one and a half litre of water. Boil then put the golden curry cubes. Mixed and cook it altogether, then voila! Your recipe is done! Enjoy!
