Ingredients
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix Medium-Hot
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 500 g diced lean beef
- 1 carrot
- 2 large potatoes
- Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Fry beef in oil until brown, add diced carrot and potato and cook until soft
- Add curry roux along with 3 cups of water, cook over medium heat for 20 min
- Serve with rice and season with Worcestershire sauce
