Ingredients
- 450 grams chicken sweet chilli crisp
- 350g onion
- 150 grams carrot
- 150 grams potato
- S&B Golden Curry 1 box
- 1 tbsp
- Water 540ml
Method
- Cook sweet chilli chicken tenders in air fryer til crisp
- Stir fry vegetables and oil in large skillet for 5 mins
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer ingredients until tender approx 15 mins
- Turn heat off and break s&b golden curry into piece and add them in skillet stir until curry mixes are completely melted and simmer for 5 mins constantly stirring
- Cut up chicken tenders into pieces and add into skillet with desired rice amount (4-5 servings) and mix together
