- Boil the beef for 20 to 30 mins in a saucepanAdd onion- choppedAdd 1 tbsp oilAdd potatoes 3 to 4 pcs (sliced according to preference)Add carrots 3 to 4 pcs (sliced according to preference)Add 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Add the curry mixAdd water 400 to 500 mlAdd the capsicumGround black pepper
- Serve while hot!
