Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- Small can of corn kernels
- Knob of butter
- 3 cups of rice
- 500g chuck steak
- 2 packs golden curry mix
- 250g mushrooms
Method
- Chop up vegetables and mushrooms
- Saute chuck steak till golden brown
- Add in vegetables
- Add in enough water to cover the vegetables and meat
- Pressure cook for 40min
- After venting, add in curry roux and butter
- Serve with rice
