Ingredients
- Chicken wings 400g
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1tbsp mirin
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- 2 blocks of s&b golden curry
- 1/2 cup of water
Method
- Medium heat, once it's hot, add in the diced garlic
- Add in the chopped onions and carrot
- Add in the mirin
- Add in the chicken wings and stir-fry together
- Once the chicken is golden, add in the water and curry blocks
- Simmer and stir in the blocks of curry, add water for a thinner texture
- Put lid on wok
- Stir thoroughly and it's finished
