- Some water
- half cauliflower
- 1 spoon signature soybean sauce
- 2 tea spoons brown sugar
- 1 spoon tomato sauce
Method
- Marinated chicken with all the sauces
- In a big pan, heat the pan, put 5 spoons of peanut oil, fry garlic slices and chill first, then put chicken in, stir fry until both sides of the meat turn into golden color, put one shot of cooking wine, then put all vegs in, put the dried shrimps in, mix everything together, add some water, close the lid to let them cooked, once the potato half soft, put 3 blocks of Japanese curry paste, mix with the water, mix all the condiments together.
