
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Carrots
- 13 oz Onions
- 5 oz Potatoes
- Golden Curry
Method
- Stir fry vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approximately 5 mins
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approximately 15 mins
- Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approximately 5 mins, stirring constantly.
