Ingredients
- 450g Chicken
- 450g onion
- 100g Carrots
- 150g potatoes
- Bunch of button mushrooms
- 450g water or stock
- s&b Golden curry 1 box mild
- Rice to serve
- slice cheddar cheese
- 1 x tsb oil
Method
- Fry meat, onions and vegetables
- Add stock or water, bring to boilAnd cook for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms halfway.
- Add curry blocks when heat is turned off and stir for 5 minutes until silky smooth.
- Prepare rice and serve with curry dish.
