Ingredients
- S&b golden curry cube
- 500g chicken thigh, cut into small pieces
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- Cooked rice
Method
- In a large pan, cook chicken until browned
- Add onion, cook until soft
- Add carrot and potato to pot. Add enough hot water to cover all ingredients. Add golden curry cube and bring to boil.
- Cover for 30 min, check consistency of curry. Add more water if necessary
- Serve with rice
