Ingredients
- Pork Belly 400g
- Radish 200g
- Ginger 10g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 500ml
- Rock sugar 30g
- Cooking sake 100ml
Method
- Cut the port belly & radish into small pieces
- Use boiling water to boil the pork belly for 2mins, pour out the water
- Use boiling water to boil the radish for around 15mins until the radish turn a bit soft, pour out the water
- Prepare a big pot, add 500ml water, 100ml cooking sake, 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce and 10g ginger to cook the sauce base first.
- When the sauce boiled, put the pork belly and radish inside. Once it boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 30mins
- After 30 mins, stir all the meat and radish gently to balance the cooking degree
- Cook another 30mins, place it in a bowl with rice.Finish
