Ingredients
- Green beans
- Broccoli
- Grated carrot
- Sliced mushrooms
- Mince beef
- Soba noodles
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Kewpie Roasted sesame Japanese dressing
- Sesame seeds
- Flavored seaweed flakes
- Garlic fresh
- Ginger fresh
- Soy sauce
Method
- Prepare veggies, mince garlic and ginger
- Throw mince beef into a hot wok. Add fresh ginger and garlic.
- Once cooked, add oyster sauce. Remove from wok.
- Add cut up veggies to hot wok.
- Add soy sauce to veggies.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook soba noodles as per directions. Strain noodles and set aside.
- Add cooked mince beef and soba noodles to wok with cooked veggies.
- Serve up your dish and add kewpie roasted sesame dressing over top. Add sesame oil to taste. Add sesame seeds and seasoned seaweed sprinkles to taste.
