Ingredients
- Japanese flavoured tofu OR firm tofu
- - if didn’t get the already flavoured then use tamari and teriyaki sauce
- White basmati rice
- Avocado
- Sesame sheets
- Kewpie mayo
- Kewpie sriracha
- Spring onion
- Can add nori sushi sheets
Method
- Prepare ingredients - chop spring onions into slices, thinly slice avocado, thinly slice tofu.
- Pre-heat airfryer to 180 degrees.
- Place tofu into airfryer and cook for 11 minutes (turn half way)
- Cook rice as per packet instructions or rice cooker
- Assemble bowl - add rice and tofu, add sliced avocado, add spring onions, add kewpie mayo and kewpie sriracha, add sesame seeds to avocado.
