Ingredients
- 50g rice
- 1 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 150g green beans
- 50g mushrooms
- 1serive S&B Curry Mix Golden Mild
- 1 frozen fish fillet
- 1/2 onion
Method
- Prepare the rice with a Rice cooker
- Reheat 1 fish fillet with a Air fryer.
- Sauté all the vegetables in a pan, add water to cover the vegetables. Simmer on high heat until the potatoes are soft, switch off the heat.
- Add curry cubes and mix well. Turn on the heat and simmer for five minutes.
