Ingredients
- Port mince 200mg
- Seasame oil
- A small Carrot
- Green & red capcium
- Spring onion
- Chinese dry mushrooms
- Brown onion
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Obap sweet potato noodles
Method
- Make special Japchae soy sauce :boil fresh port mince & half cup of soy sauce and a half cup of brown sugar
- Once the sauce finished, Boil Obap sweet potato noodles with a half cup of wather and a half cup of the sauce in order to give the noodle flavor
- Once boiled and cooked, drain all water and soy sauce
- Put 2 spoons of seasame oil in the noodle (to make the noodles shiny and not sticky each other)
- Stir fry all veggies (sliced brown onion, spring onion, sliced carrot, sliced green & red capcium).
- Chinese drt mushroom (soaked overnight or boiled) - once it soggy, squeeze the mushrooms and slice. Mix with the special soy sauce
- Mix all cooked veggies and mushrooms and Obap sweet potato noodles together.
- Now enjoy - jal meokgetseumnida (Korean)
