Ingredients
- Obap Sweet Potato Noodles 100g
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 baby capsicums
- baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Place the sweet potato noodles in a bowl with hot water and leave it for 30 minutes without boiling it.
- Cut, rinse and thinly slice the capsicums, onion and carrot.
- In a separated bowl place the 5 tbsp oyster sauce, 5 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp brown sugar.
- In a pan, cook the onion over low to medium heat until it softens, then add the carrot and after 1-2 minutes add the baby capsicums.
- Once the vegetables are soft add the marinade and mix well.
- Pour the water and add the noodles into the pan, mixing everything well.
- Turn off the heat, place the baby spinach in the pan and cover for 2 minutes.
- Add one tbsp of sesame oil, mix well and serve with some sesame seeds!
