Ingredients
- 100g beef mince
- Beef marinade: 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp white sugar, 2 tsp minced garlic , 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Noodle dressing sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tsp white sugar, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 packet of Obap sweet potato noodles, 1/2 cup sliced red capsicum, 4 shiitake mushrooms, finely sliced, 1 carrot, julienne, 3 tbsp canola oil, Spring onions, finely chopped
Method
- Marinade beef for 15-30 mins at room temperature.
- Cook sweet potato noodle as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil, cook vegetables until soft, remove and put on a plate. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, cook beef and remove onto cooked vegetable plate.
- Heat pan slightly. Add cooked noodles to pan, followed by sauce. Turn heat off, mix through. Then add vegetables and beef. Garnish with spring onion and serve warm.
