Ingredients
- 2.2kg Chicken thigh
- 500g chopped Carrots
- 1kg Onions sliced
- 500g chopped potatos
- 5 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 5 packets S&B curry mix
- 10 cups of water
Method
- Dice chicken thighs
- Heat oil in pot and put chicken and stir fry for 5mins. Then combine all the onions, carrots and potatos and fry for another 5mins.
- Add water to the pot and bring it to boil. Then add in the curry mix and stir and mix until all is completely dissolved.
