Ingredients
- 600g crumbed Pork
- 2 Potatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 800ml water
- 4 cups cooked short grained rice
- Medium hot golden curry
Method
- Lightly brown off all vegetables.
- In a separate pan cook pork.
- When veggies browned add water and cook for 7 mins
- Add curry to veg and stir till dissolved. Cook for 5 more mins or until veg is cooked.
- Chop up the pork. Serve rice with curry. Top with pork
