
Ingredients
- 5 baby potatoes, 2 baby carrots, 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500g chicken breast cubes
Method
- Chop all the ingredients and stir fry them in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until the curry mis has melted completely. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes. Enjoy the meal with rice or anything you'd like 🤤!
