Ingredients
- 400g Salmon
- 200g Kingfish
- 1 Avocado
- 2 cupsShort grain rice
- Soy Sauce
- Wasabi
- Vinegar
Method
- Cook short grained rice in the rice cooker, remember to wash the rice.
- Slice 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, 1 kingfish fillet, 2 salmon fillets into thin slices.
- Mix 1 to 1 ratio of soy sauce and vinegar with the steamed rice, sugar is optional.
- Pick your favourite bowl and put everything together. First, the rice goes in, followed by the avocados, cucumber, the fish sashimis and finally top it off with wasabi.
