Ingredients
- 800grams Chicken thigh fillet
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced with juice
- 1 cup corn flour
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mis together soy sauce, sake, garlic and ginger.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and mix it with the marinade mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Pre heat the oil.
- Drench the chicken into the corn flour and leave it to air dry for about 5 minutes.
- Start frying the chicken. Don't forget to double fry to make it extra crunchy!
- Serve with Kewpie mayonnaise.
