
Ingredients
- Obento seaweed wrapper
- Japanese mayonnaise
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Sushi rice
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions.Once cooked add desired sushi seasoning
- Slice the cucumber and avocado
- Toast the seewead wrapper slightly on the stove
- Lay the seewead wrapper on a sushi rolling mat. Add the cooked rice, avocado, cucumber and mayonnaise. Roll it up and add water to seal the ends
