Ingredients
- 1 chicken schnitzel
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- Handful of snowpeas
- Golden curry mix
- Teaspoon of ginger
- Teaspoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- Wombok (as much as you choose)
Method
- Firstly add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to a pot. Bring to simmer on the stove and alow to cook until the water dissappears on a low heat.
- To prep the salad slice your wombok thinly and slice the snowpeas thinly lengthways. One sliced place aside in a bowl.
- To create the salad sauce add ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar and water to a glass or measuring jug. Stir for 1 minute and then set aside. Add sauce to salad just before serving!
- Fry schnitzel in butter until golden brown and crispy.
- To prepare the golden curry sauce follow the directions on the box
- Once all ingredients are prepared. Plate up and enjoy your food!
