- Chicken thigh fillets 580 grams
- Sushi rice cooked with sesame oil
- Japanese hot curry mix with broccolini
Method
- Stir fry vegetables. Pan fry crumbed chicken and finish in oven at 180 - 20 minutes
- 1 and a half cups of sushi rice, two teaspoons of sesame oil,Three cups of cold water and bring to boil. Simmer for10 minutes.
- Steam broccolini 10 minutes. Stir curry mix with potato, onion and carrots. Stirring consistently. Serve
