Method
- - dice onion cook in oil until translucent - add diced chicken breast, cook until lightly coloured - discard chicken from pan- place chopped potato and chopped carrot in pan- cover the vegetables in water and bring to boil- add back in the chicken- add the golden curry and let cook until chicken is completely cooked through
