- Celery stalk x1
- Chicken breast x2
- Almond flakes
- Low carb wraps
Method
- Sous vide chicken for 2 hrs at 60 deg. Then shred.
- Dice celery stalk and mix with chicken and mayonnaise.
- Serve in wrap with almond flakes topping
