Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 2 slices of Rye sourdough
- 50 grams of peppered smoked salmon
- 1 slice of gouda cheese
- 10 grams of parmeson cheese
- 10 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 2 grams of chopped shallots
- 2 mls of lemon juice
Method
- Heat frypan to medium heat until hot
- Butter sourdough on 1 side and set aside
- Place slice of gouda on bread and top with KEWPIE mayonnaise. Add smoked salmon, lemon juice, shallots, parmeson and mozzarella cheese.
- Place buttered bread on top of sandwich and place buttered side down on frypan
- Butter top of bread and flip in 2 minutes when bottom bread is golden.
- Remove from heat when both sides are crisp. Eat and enjoy
