Ingredients
- Raw prawns & scallops
- Salt & pepper
- vegetable oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Disposable can butane blowtorch.
Method
- Arrange prawns & scallops (optional) on double skewers.
- Brush with cooking oil, and sprinkle with salt a& pepper.
- Skewers can be pre cooked three ways:1. in a pan.2. on a barbecue.3. with the blowtorch
- Pre cook the seafood both sides until only just opaque.drizzle very liberally with Kewpie mayonnaise.Finish cooking with butane torch until hot and bubbling.Serve immediately with any desired accompaniment such as chopped salad, potato salad, or whatever you prefer, (perfect with Kimchi).
