Ingredients
- 2 x Soft white wraps (eg. Helgas)
- 1 x crumbed chicken schnitzel (eg. Inghams Original Chicken Breast Schnitzel)
- 1/4 Ice berg lettuce, chopped into fine ribbons
- Kewpie mayonnaise (lots of!)
- Continental parsley, finely chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 deg C
- Place uncooked schnitzel on oven tray and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure it is golden on both sides.
- Prepare each wrap by placing lettuce and parsley in centre across the diameter of the wrap
- Add sliced cooked chicken schnitzel to wrap
- Add a good amount of KEWPIE mayonnaise to taste.
- Wrap up the contents, and enjoy!
