Ingredients
- 1 Pork hock2 Eggs
- 5 tbs ABC sweet soy sauce1 stick Chinamon1tsp 5 spice powder2 Bayleave1 tsp coriander seed5 garlic clove5 star anise 10 g Ginger1 tbs Black pepper corn1 tbs Oil
- 150 g pickled green mustard50ml light soy sauce2 tbs Palm sugar1 tsp salt2 ltr Clean waterCoriander for garnish
Method
- Step1 : Clean all the hair and wash with water then pad it dry. Turn on the oven 170c and transfer pork hock to the oven roasted til brown. Step2 : Heat up the pot with oil and put all spices in the pot cooking in medium heat til you can smell aromatic , add palm sugar til melted then add water. After water boiling put pork hock and the rest of ingredients including pickled green mustard in to the pot. Wait until boiling again then turn to medium heat cooking for 2 hrs. Keep eye on the pot and take the scum off.
- Step3 : While waiting for pork hock cooking bring eggs to boiling for 6 mins and peel.
- Step4 : After 2 hrs transfer pork hock to chopping board cut the pork hock and take all meats out off the bone. Step5 : Put pork hock meat in the bowl and pickled green mustard get some sauce pour on the meats served with boiled eggs and garnish with coriander. Then EAT!!!!!!
