Ingredients
- 500gm mince (beef or mix of pork and beef)
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 brown onion, finely diced
- 1 egg
- Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 200gm Obap Kimchi
- 4 slices of cheese
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together mince, egg, panko, onion and parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 large patties.
- Cook patties on the BBQ or pan fry in a little oil, until browned all over and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toast brioche buns.
- Layer onto the bun bases the burger patties, then cheese slice, then Obap Kimchi. Finish with bun top and serve.
