Ingredients
- A dash of rice wine vinegar (use feeling)
- 1-1.5 cup of rice
- 200 g sliced pork
- 5 pieces of kimchi or more if you like
- A dash of mirin (use feeling)
- A spoonful of gojujang sauce
- A sprinkle of light soy sauce (use feeling)
- A spoonful of grated garlic
- Rice seasoning for garnish (optional)
Method
- Cook your rice in rice cooker after rinsing it. Cool rice in fridge after cooking
- Put some vegetable oil to heat up garlic. Once fragrant put pork slices in.
- Fry till pork slices picks up a bit of color then add all the sauces and kimchi
- Once kimchi soaks up the sauce add the rice back in.
- Turn off heat and stir till evenly distributed
- Serve and garnish :)
