Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup kimchi
- 1/2 small can of tuna
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
Method
- Wash 1/4 cup of sushi rice until water is clear Cook rice according to your rice cooker or on stovetop, place rice in a small pot add 1/3 cup of water. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to low and cook covered for 15 minutes
- Once rice is done, top with half a can of drained tuna, 1/4 cup of kimchi, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1tsp of sesame oil and a drizzle over kewpie mayo.Optional addition of shredded cabbage and seaweed snack.
