Ingredients
- Rice
- Garlic
- Butter
- Cucumber/veggies
- Soy sauce
- Ricw wine vinegar
- Chilli flakes
- Brown sugar
- Oil
- Yoki nori
Method
- Fry butter and garlic in a pan cook for 5 minutes then add chilli flakes brown sugar
- Add soy, and rice wine vinegar and stirring untill combined
- Add rice and oil, stirring for 3 minutes
- Plate with veggie of your choosing and the most important ingredient yaku nori sheets
- Tip: add leftover meats for more protein
