Ingredients
- 500g mince beef
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 3 tbl soy sauce
- 2 tbl sesame oil
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tbl honey
- 4 tbl green onion (save some for garnish)
- Kewpie mayo to garnish
Method
- Cook meat on high heat
- Stir through gochugang, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and green onion
- Serve over rice with green onion and kewpie mayo
